A fun place to work with a down to earth CEO

Pros

Started in an entry-level creative position and managed to create my own position after only 1 year. Lots of interest in new processes, and expanding into new platforms. The move to remote and hybrid work was really smooth and has stayed in place even till today.

Cons

Growing a bit fast before looking at the quality of the services themselves. Pay is very low for the industry and specific jobs really have zero career advancement. Lots of focus on sales and less so on bolstering the quality and execution of core services.
