      Pros

      The people that work here are kind and helpful. I enjoy the work that I do and my management is helpful. I feel like this is a stable place to work and I’ve been able to develop my digital marketing experience.

      Cons

      There was a lot of new hires over the last two years and they were forced to do layoffs recently. Seems to be common with most companies. Not offering raises and not a lot of room to grow. Our department has a lot of teams that don’t seem to be connected as a whole and leadership doesn’t know what to do.

      Pros

      None really. Overworked, underpaid, lack of promotion unless you're the manager's best friend-- then you can get promoted before everyone else without merit.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid employees Small prospect of promotion They promote only people they are friends with or hang out with outside of work Promotions are not scaled to the employee's experience Mass firing without notice Company does not appreciate the work employees put in Hours and employee responsibilities change on a whim, without any input from lower management They misrepresent your performance on annual performance reviews and claim you did not reach certain benchmarks to avoid promoting people they don't personally like
