Night and day compared to my last company. I feel appreciated and I literally laugh all day with my team.

Pros

When I joined LP I was instantly impressed by the on-boarding and support that I received as a new hire. As I grow within the company I continue to have that top down support and an amazing team to work with everyday. There is a large amount of transparency with the information that is given to employees and I know where to go to find it. I feel that the company has done a fantastic job of showcasing their core values, which makes me excited to tell people about the place I work. My leadership team also encourages work-life balance and I have never felt guilty about taking time off. On top of our accrued time off there’s paid holidays, a floating holiday of your choice, and VTO – which I have been actively encouraged to utilize.

Cons

With any company that is in the digital marketing field there are dips and changes that are outside of anyone’s control. This can lead to the company needing to pivot on a dime to stay up to industry standards. That can be challenging for some people. If you’re newer to the digital marketing field there is a lot to learn, even if you’re not client facing, which can be intimidating at first, though I think it's worth gaining that knowledge.
