Your team leads will be the best people you will meet. The smaller team sizes really helped cultivate lasting connections

Cons

Company regularly made moves that cut pay off the workers, after they implemented a pay freeze around 2021. This is still in place after announcing that the company had one of their best years in terms of profit in 2022. Then announced some employees pay would be cut for a transition into a roll that would require 3x the amount of work they have currently. They will lay off employees and when asked for what reason, they will simply say “a higher up decision”. They have done this repeatedly, after failing let the team lead or the employee know that they were falling short. They continuously force larger and larger book sizes on the remaining employees and over work their creative department. Overall, they are failing in the leadership department and are only focused on company profit margins.

The new department structure (launching 4/1) will combine leadership and insights from multiple products, which will improve employee experience and better align workloads with the rest of the company. We believe the new bonus model will result in employees earning more on average while providing a better experience for our customers.
