You have 3 months from your START date to get the sale otherwise you are fired. They lie in training saying you have 3 months from the end of training to get the sale to avoid a mass exodus of trainees quitting. The job is boring as hell and the training was very poor. You call 50 companies a day and beg to set up a "free review" of their marketing but they gets millions of calls so u get hung up on constantly. You could make more money at any other sales job selling literally anything else.

- Great CEO who is super friendly and doesn't act like he's some big deal because of his title - Great people to work with - Great, supportive leadership who cheers you on every step of the way - cut a lot of the bloat from middle leadership to C suite so we can function like the actual size we are, rather than a bunch of managers not needed - Great work-life balance Truly it is a blessing to work at such a great company with even better people. Yes the pay could be better, its not a secret, but I know this is something they are aware of and actively working to improve. But not hating my life and actually loving what I do definitely is not a bad gig. I only see LP going far places as we continue to thrive and I know my peers feel similar. There is always room for improvement but from where I'm standing, the future looks great. I would love to say I get paid or forced to do this review, and definitely could have just said its a great place to work with chill staff, but its worth me taking the time to let people know, this is a great company and we are actively just trying to get even better. LP is a company that recognizes the hard workers who want to be here and if you put in the dedication and passion, you will see great growth opportunities along the way.
Cons
Pay is not competitive to other companies but this isn't some secret. The culture definitely makes up for it but this is the one thing we all do say. But I do believe they are actively trying to find ways to increase this across the board
