Logical Position's list of pros could go on for a very long time. I often find myself reading employee experience horror stories on LinkedIn, and am in awe of how good I have it at LP. LP is a place where you are valued as an individual. Hard work and a commitment to company values are all it takes to thrive here. As well as being an incredible environment to thrive and flourish in your career, it's an electric work environment with a culture that's enriched by a robust team of some of the most incredible and diverse Digital Marketers. I have friends in every Department and on every Product Team, and they have enriched my life in so many ways. Leadership at LP cares deeply about the employee's perception of our work conditions, culture, and progress as a company and within our field. Our commitment to being socially aware and establishing programs like a DEI council have only strengthened the notion that LP leadership truly cares. There are tons of work perks at LP. Even in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, measures were taken to ensure that working at LP continued to be a positive experience. And when you grow as fast as we have, there is so much opportunity.
