These skills are extremely valuable and transferable. It’s unfortunate you didn’t find a long-term home here. Like every sales job, the first year it’s tough - You’re building your book and learning a new product. But in year two the job becomes a lot easier and by year three, you should be earning $100,000, while essentially setting your own schedule by appointment. Over the last year, we’ve doubled down on sales trainers, Logical Position University - which houses over 30 in-depth sales training courses, and daily meeting covering the metrics needed to be successful. This, mixed with our pay model, has led to a record high number of BDE’s, who all started in the same position as you, and average over 6-figures in annual compensation.
