      -Awesome culture with big emphasis on a fun environment -Lots of opportunity for advancement if you can make it longer than a year on the sales floor -Supportive managers -Good company to learn best practices for digital marketing

      Cons

      -Very high turnover on the sales team -Cold calling isn’t for everyone, only few have the sales skills to make it here -Lack of sales training which makes it almost impossible to succeed long term -Base pay is terrible, you have to close lots of deals if you want a livable wage
