      Decent place to begin a professional career

      Pros

      The workplace environment was great even though it was remote Everyone was is really friendly They have a great culture and a ton of potential as a company

      Cons

      There is a lack of training there They expect you to start making sales right away and if you don't you are on your way out There is a ton of turnover $13/hour

      I’m glad that you experienced the culture even while working from home. I’m sorry you felt like the training wasn’t where it needed to be. There have been major efforts going into that this year and it has been continuously improving, but this is something I will look into further. The turnover for our sales team has improved substantially year over year and total comp is up across the board. I appreciate everything you did while you were with LP and wish you the best moving forward. Mike W.
