      LP is building a great community that is fun to be part of. Your voice is heard within the company and there's plenty of transparency.

      Cons

      While there are many opportunities to move around within the company, many positions offer low pay rates that don't necessarily make the change worth it.

Your comment about mobility throughout the company while staying within the same pay band is something we are working on now.       You’ll learn a lot of awesome digital marketing strategies if you talk to the right people. VPs and CEOs are focused on growth and are all great people that seem to care a lot about their employees. If you work hard you will be respected and get opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Insurance costs for families are not even feasible. I used to work for a company that was 1/4 of the size and costs for family insurance plans were much more affordable. It’s been an a very exciting place to learn and grow in my career but with massive growth comes some downsides in my opinion. I feel like you loose some of the charm and comradery you get with a smaller team and office.

      I appreciate the feedback and want to thank you for everything you do at LP. We started our insurance program at 50% coverage for individuals on a very good plan (BCBS). As costs went up over the last few years, the amount that we cover has gone up to absorb the increase. We now cover 70% for most employees. The cost for dependents is higher than I want it to be, and as more of our employees are starting families, we are going to look at rebalancing this. With our offices reopening soon (most of them brand new), I think the camaraderie and culture will be through the roof in 2021. I’m very optimistic about where we are heading because of everything I’ve seen this year and because of people like you. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime about this or anything else.
