Pros

Working in a sales role their are so many perks from pay to quarterly lunches and end of the year trips. I love the work/life balance that LP offers for all employees where you enjoy what you do and who you work for. I’ve been with LP for 3 years now and I’m so grateful to have made so many great memories and lasting relationships working here.

Cons

Starting out in sales it can be a grind but let’s be real that’s any sales job you start out with. If you are motivated and determined you have all the tools and resources to be successful here.

Pros

The company seemed to respond efficiently to the current climate 100% remote. The sales team has communicated well with daily calls/meetings and team chats via Teams. You will be given a weekly keyword list, you'll have access to lead gen software, and you'll be allowed to claim 30 leads daily. You will be given the opportunity to learn about the services provided by Logical Position with their Logical Position University.

Cons

Digital Marketing Specialist aka Telemarketer. 55 calls a day or 2 hours of talk time this is the daily standard and there is no one else assisting with lead gen. You will be expected to generate all unsolicited leads. The work required for this role is a lot. You're doing lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting all in one role.

Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate you recognizing our ability to efficiently shift our team from 0% to 100% remote within just a few weeks. Being dynamic is one of our core values, and this was a great example of that. We also appreciate your breakdown of the job responsibilities. However, we explain all of this very thoroughly with each applicant during our interview process and screening calls. We only hire candidates who clearly express why they would be a good fit for said responsibilities. We’ve found that building a pipeline organically leads to better sales qualities (able to shift when needed), a better network/pipeline, and a better client fit. We’ve tried buying leads. If it worked well, we would still be doing it. With that said, we are constantly testing new lead generation strategies. It’s in everyone’s best interest to make the job as efficient as possible. At the end of day, we’re sorry you didn’t see the opportunity to make this a long-term position. We have many people on our sales team that have turned it into a career and do quite well. We appreciate everything you did while you were here, and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
