Amazing Sales Experience, Even Better People

From day one, the company was transparent with expectations and how you can grow and advance. It's cold calling, which is not easy, but you will absolutely have the tools in place to succeed. Derek Adams and Grant Patton in Austin are some of the best managers I've ever had, these are overall great people and you will be lucky to work with them or anyone on the team. Started in the office and then adapted to remote after Covid-19 and LP executed the transition very well. Pay structure starts out lower but commission is extremely fair and areas to get promoted are readily available. Don't get discouraged early at all, LP has great services that can benefit a large variety of clients. These people want to see you succeed, I am so happy I got to be apart of the team!
Cons
I can see how it gets frustrating when deals don't fall or when things get tough, which is just the nature of sales in general. Managers, continue lifting up your newer reps and growing this company from the ground up. Thanks! Will definitely miss the office snacks, maybe find a way to ship some goodies for the remote workers lol
