      pretty much every coworker is quick to help out, and the work life balance isn't bad at all if you challenge yourself to hit metrics.

      Cons

      more coaching early on could help new reps catch on better, but the tools are there if you're proactive

      Pros

      Despite the remote environment, leadership tries to create an interconnected communication effort. When I was there, we had team builders, frequent meetings, and bonding activities.

      Cons

      Reduction in workforce means working your job and taking on more respondsibilities without significant pay increase. Workloads can also become heavy leading to poorer quality content with fast turnaround times.
