      Pros

      Challenging, great coworkers, work environment/support system is awesome, there is lots of room to grow within the company. There is always something new to learn about.

      Cons

      No cons about working here. If there is ever an issue, talking about it with HR or upper management always fixes it.

      Good incentives to sell Some nice folks Some managers care, and want you to do well

      Cons

      Super high turn over rate. It's a sales job so get ready to spend your first day thrown on the phones with only a brief overview of what you're actually selling. They expect you to make sales very quickly. Quota is manageable, but still if you aren't good at sales, or get easily discouraged this isn't for you. Everyone gets hired on as an "internet marketing specialist" which is a fancy way of saying cold callers every hour of every day.

      Pros

      Great work environment and great coworkers. Did a really good job of working with sales reps to get the most out of them, you feel like your sales managers have your best interest in mind in order for you to be successful. The new implemented pay structure gives employees the opportunity to make great compensation.

      Cons

      I didn't have any issues.
