      Pros

      Excellent upper management. Ability to rise through the ranks with the right blend of intelligence, commitment, integrity, and hard work. Good hours. Generous pay if you are willing to work. Management recognizes good performance, and you will be rewarded if you perform.

      Cons

      Cold calling can become overwhelming.

      Pros

      I have worked in many sales environments in my career and my experience at Logical Position has surpassed them all. It is the first company I have worked at where it's fun at work. Rather than dreading going to work I look forward to it. The upward mobility is relatively quick if you are good at your job.

      Cons

      You have to be flexible and be able to adapt to change (ie, occasional overtime, expanding product lines, etc) but that comes with being a part of a company growing so quickly. Overall, no real cons.
