      Pros

      The environment at Logical Position is familial, friendly, and actively pursuing excellence in both product and culture. The pay scale is more than fair, the benefits are much higher than average for a smaller company and the inclusive methods that management takes are the best I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Lets be honest, call center sales work is difficult and needs a particular type of person to really make a great living. The only thing I would have liked to see in my time with LP is a 401k and possibly some way of generating sick and vacation time. I'm sure it will happen as the company grows.

      Pros

      The owners of they company are amazing people. They are here with us everyday to make sure everyone is happy and giving so much to their employees. The managers are very professional and work so hard. Everyone here is so positive and I absolutely love coming into work everyday. I wouldn't dream about working anywhere else.

      Pros

      It's a family owned business where the sky is the limit! This competitive and supportive sales enviornment focuses on Client Services and Employee Appreciation. I've worked for Fortune 500 companies and my consistent production never lead to management. Logical Position recoginizes experience and people that have good work ethic, and I can see myself growing professionally here for a very long time.

      Cons

      Even though the office has two breakrooms; there's no RedBull machine in either of them.
