Pros

Great team members, flexibility with a work from home schedule, pay is pretty good

Cons

Upper management doesn’t care about individual employees. One minute they’re bragging about how well the company is doing, the next they’re laying people off. Our team leads were asked to submit names of people they’d be most okay with losing. All of us are pretty afraid for our jobs, not a lot of transparency about how many rounds of layoffs there will be or why people were chosen. I hate feeling like I have to compete with my coworkers to keep my job, and morale is very low right now. Workloads hve also dramatically increased over the past year. Feels like we’re all drowning and corporate just sees us all as replaceable numbers. Really disappointing

Thank you very much for your feedback. We recently had to make a small reduction to our team in order to mirror the current account volume that we have at LP. These decisions are never easy. Our AM’s serve our clients exceptionally well, and your role is invaluable to the organization. Your department SVP, Kristen Harvey, is on standby ready to meet and answer any questions you may have. We greatly appreciate everything you and your team contribute to LP.
