      Free drip coffee and snacks.

      Cons

      Nepotism runs deep within this company. Review will be hidden in a a slew of positive reviews written by employees... Pay is very low compared to the chiefs. HIGHLY recommend discussing wages with coworkers. Chiefs earn more in one check than most employees do in one year here.

      This is inaccurate. Multiple members of our C-suite manage employees earning more than themselves. Average entry-level compensation has increased 11% YoY, while executive pay has decreased. We're very proud of the initiatives and incentive models we've put in place over the last 18 months and are constantly looking for ways to do right by our staff.       - Paid Social Department has the best people in management that take your feedback into consideration - Kind, supportive, rad co-workers / teammates - Highly focused on improving collaboration - Awesome new hire training that was carefully thought-out - Get to work with 100+ of different clients and industries (ex. outdoor, beauty, technology businesses) - Nice structure and organization of project process - 5 days of VTO a year (for approved volunteer organizations) - Fast-paced - Non-customer facing role - Remote :) - The HQ office is beautifully designed

      Cons

      - Below average pay for position and area - Sick time is mixed into PTO - Cannot work remotely outside of the U.S. - Need to request if remote relocation out of the state.
