      Great Culture, Terrible Workloads

      Pros

      Culture was awesome, fun events and colleagues.

      Cons

      Massive workload with very little reward. Pay was awful for the amount of work and the department was falling apartment from lack of transparency.

      Thank you for your feedback. Leadership has worked over the last 6 months to transition responsibilities from Account Managers and make their workload more manageable.
