      Pros

      -I found all of management to be exceptionally nice. -Co-Workers were at least courteous. -No Micromanaging. -Gentle, Graceful Leadership Approach -Fair/Beneficial Service Offerings

      Cons

      The only con I have and it’s a relatively big one.. is I don’t believe management was well versed in sales. Management closing a deal seemed to be very rare. I understand some sales cycles take more time, but the approach to closing was a bit too lax given the base is minimum wage. Success here is reasonably possible, but my experience didn’t match the promising expectations I had for it. Perhaps if I had given it another month or so.

      Pros

      Your team will probably be great, and overall, I think management tries to care about you. There are nice bonuses and perks, and the pay over time is good.

      Cons

      Book size is getting insane. I have over 100 clients and that's on the low end of book size. It's very hard to feel like I have enough time for everything or I'm doing a good job when there's this much to do. And taking time off is stressful, because you're still responsible for your long-term projects, and will likely come back to your daily work not being finished by coworkers, because EVERYONE's book size is insane and difficult to keep up with. People try their best to help, but most people I talk to are drowning right now and this job has become very stressful. You'll also have 2-3 intakes a week, and it's just a lot to manage well.

      Thank you for your feedback and openness. Our book sizes are determined by the employee with minimum standards. Less than 20% of the department is over 100.
