      Pros

      Get to work from home full time. You do get 3 choices. Fully remote, hybrid, or work in office.

      Cons

      They pay isn’t good. I expected more for this company. I hit my first year and still haven’t gotten a raise.

      Terrible pay, hard to find leads. If you can't produce in 3 months they will terminate you
