Pros
I personally worked for the Denver office and it was one of the best teams of people I have ever worked for. Very encouraging and lots of opportunities to make improvements. Their commission percentages are great and it is really easy to raise your paycheck if you are hitting all of your marks. The work/life balance was also really great. They understood when things came up and treated us like real human beings, unlike a lot of other employers
Cons
For the sales role so you have to be a great self starter and motivate yourself as well. It can be hard to meet quota if you are not constantly trying to improve your pitch which also affects bonuses and the ability to jump over the hump of $12/hr
