      Pros

      Great workplace environment, great coworkers, good pay if you’re a good salesperson, fun cash bonuses, you’re selling a really good service/company so it’s easy to believe in what you’re selling and trust that your clients will be very happy.

      Cons

      Quota of 50 calls per day. No lead lists, all cold

      Pros

      LP is building a great community that is fun to be part of. Your voice is heard within the company and there's plenty of transparency.

      Cons

      While there are many opportunities to move around within the company, many positions offer low pay rates that don't necessarily make the change worth it.

Your comment about mobility throughout the company while staying within the same pay band is something we are working on now.       Pros

      Great team leads. Fun work culture and environment. Encouraging team members.

      Cons

      Really, I mean really bad pay. For the amount of writing they demand, they should be paying more than what target pays their cashiers. Team leads were always extremely stressed which made the smaller people feel the weight of that stress. Importance was always given to how many points, or articles you could write. Rather than the quality. Never got a chance to be personable with my clients. You’re basically a “ghost” writer since nothing ever gets published with your name 🥴
