      Great company culture in an exciting fast moving industry! LP does an excellent job of going the extra mile to engage employees with fun outings, while still offering the flexibility of remote work. Catered lunch for work-in Wednesdays. Monthly happy hours. Summer BBQ. Virtual award shows. Extensive training.

      Cons

      The company has grown quite big, which can make navigating the org chart and certain silos a challenge.
