      Flexibility of work from home, free lunch on Wednesdays (in-office)

      Cons

      They canned most of the social department and then allocated those responsibilities to already underpaid employees. There are commission/bonus opportunities, but the payout model for taking on social accounts is laughable. They framed it as a great opportunity, when they either know it's exploitative or are to delusional to see there wrongdoing.
