      Once Decent Job Steadily Getting Worse

      Pros

      LP embraces working from home practices and everyone, from co-workers to managers, was amicable and fair - creating a healthy work environment. For someone fresh out of college, this was a reasonably steady and agreeable first job.

      Cons

      Before I was let go, responsibilities were continuing to increase without any additional pay or benefits. LP is also introducing AI into their processes, which rightfully makes many employees nervous about their job security. If you do have prior experience in SEO, you can also find similar positions that pay far more.

      The pay is TERRIBLE and they have a rotating door of employees due to low pay, bad training and the CEO's lack of care.

      We value your feedback, but it seems a bit outdated. Our entry-level Sales Position offers a very competitive salary and it requires multiple years of prior sales experience. Our training and onboarding has been completely revamped, which has been recognized by employees through high satisfaction scores and lowered turnover. While we appreciate your insights, we feel many of these issues have been addressed.
