Interesting subject matter, work with great people, every day is a new challenge, decent benefits

Cons

Upper management frequently makes questionable decisions (especially promotion decisions), career path/growth poorly defined, training opportunities are lacking. Long term projects lack direction and decision makers in some departments don't implement enough of the feedback from their employees who draw from extensive past experiences to try to improve company processes.

Every one is running in different directions. No accomplishments are ever achieved due to the different agendas that can't seem to come together. Most of the managers are more interested in back stabbing each other than developing robust designs. Many childish, unprofessional, and all around dead weight employees work here. Employees are never scolded by authoritarian company figures for viscous outbursts, unethical behavior, uselessly squandering company finances and resources, and other ramifications that would otherwise warrant disciplinary action.
