Pros
Logix is a great place to work at for many reasons. The leadership is kind and fair. You do work hard, but it feels good working for a company who can do what they say and consistently exceed customers' and employee's expectations. I had never worked for a company who rewards a salesforce with the most incredible contests. The uncapped earning potential is the perfect example of a great company sales culture. I have read some of the comments on this site, and I feel that the not so positive comments are grossly inaccurate. No job or company is perfect, but the people, processes, products and culture that Logix promotes is healthy and among the most pleasurable that I have known. Sales is a difficult job, but those who can sell sell whithout making excuses, and those who can't can gripe on social sites. The VP of sales is charismatic and fair, but he does expect you to deliver results. The CEO pushes you to execute and deliver the very best at all times and keeps the company on target! The bonus checks are awesome!!! I would recommend Logix to any professional who is considering to enhance their career.
