      Pros

      The paycheck and free food.

      Cons

      Pay is low. NO career progression opportunities. Benefits are painfully expensive. Stressful environment. Favoritism, bullying and HR does not step in and correct anything. Support teams do not have standard processes to follow. Leadership doesn't know what they're doing and some lead by intimidation. Like the comment from April, the company is still getting rid of good employees and keeping the old bad apples.

      Pros

      I loved some of the people I worked with and made excellent friends. It was also a great opportunity to network. Logix is a great starting point for new telecomers; a great place to learn the ropes then move on.

      Cons

      This place- especially management- is so unprofessional. The rumors and drama made it quite unbearable to stay. I have never worked anywhere that had so much drama.

      Good people and a lot of team building. Also quarterly bonuses.

      The only real cons are the low pay and bosses that gossip too much.
