      Pros

      The company preaches a lot of wonderful things. They try to respect your personal needs. Pay is decent. It is pretty hard to get fired, no one gets written up unless management really needs to.

      Cons

      They don't practice what they preach. Their respect given depends on who is asking. Some people get special privileges like choosing what PPE they wear, whether to wear a mask or not, how many smoke breaks they are allowed. Training is poor and unregulated. They usually do not promote from within. Only from material handler to operator. The company has a lot of wasted potential.

      Pros

      The new leadership that's coming into the organization is making positive change -- we can clearly see and feel it. The people here are really great, very approachable and friendly and willing to help. The pay and benefits are great. Lots of engaging work to do -- and people do give you recognition for your work. I like the business model -- the wall 2 wall model -- gives a lot of job security because the clients we have are big companies (like P&G, J&J) and they are growing and profitable, so in turn so are we. Company did very well last year through the pandemic, so that's a good sign as well.

      Not any to think of -- I think the company is moving in the right direction and making the improvements necessary.

      there are no pros to working here unless you are a lazy worker

      Cons

      they don't pay well, management has no clue what they are doing, if you are a hard worker you will feel overwhelmed from all the work because no one else will help
