      * cool startup env benefits, like tenbis, nice office, PlayStation, happy hours etc * amazing and kind people who’re always available to help

      Cons

      * underpaid positions and management doesn’t want to work on it * understaffed as a results of 1st point * product isn’t mature enough and it was hard to work in support with many bugs/issues opened by customers * lack of onboarding for new employees (csm, am, support)

      very good employees/colleagues. good working conditions.

      Cons

      very high job turnover. no respect from superiors! management treats their employees with no respect, they don't tell the truth! there is no professional boss in the finance department! blame the subordinate for the mistakes of the boss! there is a proposal about shares in the employee’s contract, but in the end they deceive you and don’t really explain anything
