      Pros

      The team at Logz.io is awesome and genuinely supportive. The sales leadership has been great and has given me lots of responsibility and support. I feel like I've received good instruction on how to succeed in the role, as well as opportunity to figure things out myself. They're also focused on making you a strong seller and helping you reach long term career goals. Couldn't be happier with the people.

      Cons

      Being a startup, there has been some turnover even in my short tenure. Overall though, it doesn't seem to slow teams down, morale remains high and people keep setting and hitting goals.

      Logz.io provides me with a great work environment, good work-life balance, and great growth options. Logz.io is with you during the high times and also stands side by side with you during hard times even if not connected to work, a very family-oriented approach.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, things could change fast - but I guess that is startup life, you love it or hate it:)
