      Excellent culture innovating with open source

      Pros

      The people here are wonderful and engaged. Lots of significant innovation happening very aligned to the open source ecosystem. The product is also wonderful with happy customers who love the service.

      Cons

      As with any startup there are growing pains and things to learn. Some of the products are less mature than others, but it takes time to build a winner. The cultural differences between the US and Israel can sometimes be seen, but the company does well in both large markets.
