      I have been at Logz.io for over a year and could not be happier. Logz.io has given me the support and knowledge to grow in my career. They truly invest in you and want you to be successful.

      Pros

      Great location in Fort Point - above Lolita's. Benefits are strong and well-funded. Ability to communicate ideas directly with leadership - they want to hear you ideas and are willing to let you run with ideas that benefit the company. Leadership has been open and honest about the plans and goals for the company during COVID - this has been handled during weekly All-Hands led by our CEO. Continuously bringing on great new leaders and employees to bolster our standing within the DevOps community.

      Cons

      Remote work - the company is getting much better at this due to COVID-19. Prior to COVID, working remotely was an option but now that the company is 100% remote the tides seem to be changing for the better.

      Pros

      Logz.io is truly one of the best companies I've ever worked for. Yes they have a great office, amazing benefits and awesome perks but what really draws me to the organization are the people. Leadership truly cares about the overall well- being of their employees and really puts a considerable amount of time and effort to make sure people are heard and comfortable. Feedback is embraced, welcomed and encouraged. I especially appreciate the level of transparency that lives within Logz.io. No organization is perfect but this company puts a sincere effort to make it a great place to work.
