The standards are simple - no complex hoops or hurdles to jump through. Managers are very open, honest, and they so incredibly open to try new things. They take our ideas and actually act upon them (within reason), but it's not a stressful nor harsh environment. That's the best thing about this place. No micro-managing, just friendly staff and an overall willingness to help yourself and other succeed. We are a customer-focused business and equally, an employee focused business where they realize if the employee is happy, this will reflect on our interactions with the customer. Having worked for both corporate and private businesses and in Customer Service for 20+ years, this is by far the most enjoyable work environment I've ever experienced.

I have been with LCS for awhile now and I still enjoy my job which is so rare these days. I enjoy the culture the company has built, my coworkers are easy to get along and work with, and everyone has the get it done mentality without stepping on one another. It's honestly like a big family even though it's a medium sized company. I can honestly say I like everyone in the company which has never been the case before now. Nothing is perfect and neither is LCS but we definitely work on creating a environment where people want to come to work every day and make it a long term career choice. Another pro is we try to hire within first. This makes for great growth opportunities.
