Decent benefits package and pay rate. Coworkers are generally friendly.

Cons

Extreme high stress, psychotic, petty, and abusive managers, branch is CHRONICALLY mismanaged. Favoritism reigns supreme. If management doesn't like you, they begin looking for a reason to fire you almost immediately after you are hired.

It a good learning experience

Cons

Not a good place to work. long hours, no life, managers pick favorites. It's a toxic work environment low pay to be putting you life on the line for other people's money. At the end of the day they don't care everyone is replaceable but your life is not.
