Pros

It pays my $625 a month rent out of one check and the other check - it pays my lights, cable, cellphone bill, landline bill, car insurance. I say that to say this - the rate of pay absolutely depends on the city and state you life in I am a CMS Teller and my net pay is $951 every two weeks. So being that as it it, I am satisfied with the company because after all - you have people who don't even have a job but are wanting one.

Cons

none. because why complain about the company. just quit if you do not like your job and find another, just to potentially get hiring on that one and do the exact same thing on this one. Oh, as at matter of fact, I do have one gripe - with respect to CMS Tellers location in the building, they need to build windows so that we can look outside. and lastly, each Teller needs to be behind their very own bulletproof glass-like booth with all of their equipment, etc within - now that'll be cool.

Pros

Decent pay, good work, most co-workers are awesome and become like family, great benefits, alot to learn and its constantly changing. You are busy from the time you punch in untill you are done, no micro manage, managers stay off your back if you do a good job and dont fart around. if you can follow simple instructions and are a hard worker this is the place for you. If you are lazy and scared of working, keep looking. Management is always willing on showing you or point you in the right direction. Managers roll up their sleeves if they need too. Most co workers are always willing on helping you out even outside of work.

Cons

Some co workers are lazy and negative and try to influence others to think negatively sometimes, hand full of cry babies and whinners that want to get payed for not working. Too many call outs, pay could be better and should be based on quality not señority. Working in all weather conditions can be a pain and working almost every other weekend can be annoying. Sometimes you have long days and that also can be a pain.

Pros

flexible hours, don't need to know much to get hired: basically, if you can pass a background check, are 21, and possess a valid driver's license

Cons

low pay, minimal benefits, low job satisfaction
