Pros

Great fellow employees, almost all of upper management is a pleasure to work with, compassionate folks who still know how to sell very well. Super team environment!

Cons

Not much room to move up once you reach a certain point. Can be a little bit too young of an atmosphere sometimes.

Pros

Good leadership, when I had questions there was always someone to go to. It was my first sales job and I thought the training was good. Its a difficult sell, but you have to work hard to get what you want, a paycheck at the end of the month.

Cons

Big company, lots of competition. Somewhat high turnover rate. Some of the lower management was weak. This was a great place to start my career. I got comfortable on the phone, and sending emails.

Breakfasts Cash incentives Happy Hour Location Laid Back atmosphere People and management are great

Cons

Base pay is low but if you hit your numbers your commission makes up for it 7:30 am start time You have to clock in and out of phones (feels like we are treated like kids) Job is boring No Gym in the Building Commission is taxed heavily, so one has to work really hard to make good money
