      Pros

      Great benefits, pay is okay, and great benefits.

      Cons

      nepotism. Everyone is related to everyone and unless you're related somehow good luck getting by here. This is where you go when you have a lobotomy and you no longer need your brain. You won't learn anything here unless you go out and do it on your own.

      Pros

      Good leadership, when I had questions there was always someone to go to. It was my first sales job and I thought the training was good. Its a difficult sell, but you have to work hard to get what you want, a paycheck at the end of the month.

      Cons

      Big company, lots of competition. Somewhat high turnover rate. Some of the lower management was weak. This was a great place to start my career. I got comfortable on the phone, and sending emails.

      Pros

      Great team, Fun work environment, cool area of town, good mgmt, good execs. Overall it was a fun place to have to wake up and drag yourself to. Product is solid.

      Cons

      A little too much micro-managing (I get it though). Not enough communication between sales and other parts of organization. To the sales team you were an individual, but to the rest of the company you were a number. Dealing with end users was always a chore (looking back I may have done it differently). A lot of calling, not a lot of thought.
