Pros

As a person I always try to hunt the good stuff!! There is no good stuff here. You do not want to join the work environment at this company. Loram does not care about the people.

Cons

- Terrible Processes - Disconnected Leadership - No collaboration - Micromanagement - Priority changes daily/hourly - Highest Turnover ever experience - No process mapping or defined roles and responsibilities - Toxic work environment and negative work culture - Middle management roadblocks - No clear direction / poor communication - Just run away!!!!!

Pros

Travel, Health Insurance, frequent flyer miles, and they hire year round

Cons

Insane hours M-F 12-16 hrs per day, at least 8 on Sat. Some supervisors are worn out due to working up the chain, and they have forgotten the hardships. Management is awful, they expect everyone to be mechanically inclined even though it is a entry-level job. You never know when your going home, sometimes 2 months pass and you get one week with your family. Pittiful pay, starts at $9.00 hr. EXPECT a 70-90 hr work week!
