Pros

Started great with a lot of independence and a lot of focus on project management and instructional design - very energizing

Cons

people started leaving Loram in droves and position turned into administrative job where director had very little idea what job was - couldn't do instructional design full time anymore - had to do administrative tasks more than instructional design tasks - very de-energizing
