Cons

Very hard to promote. Administration is always threatening not to allow promotions. There is no mentoring or leadership guidance to ensure career path.

Pros

Health and dental benefits, insurance, pension and very laid back

Cons

Pay is crap, upper management looks down on you, hard to grow and move up in the county unless you go through the process of taking an exam all over again and waiting months. No culture. Lazy people. For the amount of work you do, you get paid a lot less.
