      Pros

      Lotusworks values their employees and truly puts their health and safety first. While they aren't the highest paying, the people stay because the love the company, their leadership, and value the work life balance.

      Cons

      Paid time off and paid holidays are on the light side, with only 80 hours PTO and 2 floating holidays, but they are constantly striving to better meet employee needs.

      Not comparable pay. Conflicts with general Contractors at project site. Delays
