Pros

Great people, great company culture, work flexibility, strong growth and plenty of work.

Cons

As we are a national and global company, not much in person face time with clients and colleagues. I'd love to meet more people, as I am a social person.

Pros

LotusWorks has been an extremely fair employer. They truly do care about their employees and are willing to work with you in nearly any circumstance. They lean on their employees to help recruit new hires, meaning you get teams of people that generally get along and work well in teams together. Everyone I've worked with at LotusWorks is extremely knowledgeable in their field. These individuals are resourceful and able to get you an answer if you are not able to find it yourself. They pay well and have a plethora of employee benefits available for their staff. Everyone from the CEO to the lowest technician is treated as equal and included in the team. There is always room for advancement and education within LotusWorks, making it easy to stay motivated and giving you goals to work towards.

Cons

Since LotusWorks primarily provides Commissioning services for post construction processes, it is expected you are willing to move around based on project needs. This process isn't always the most straight forward, no fault to lotus, due mostly in-part to budgeting approval from different sites, it can be difficult to have the moving employee fully informed on the decision making process. This makes it difficult to plan anything out long term.
