      Pros

      CEO/Owner is the best I've ever worked for, he is engaged and cares for his people. Salary is great, the company controller is an amazing person Opportunities are endless, you can learn more every job Most team members realize your a team and help you be better by teaching and helping when needed. Family first, Health second. They take care of the important things in a person life to make you feel comfortable in your role and as family.

      Cons

      There is a few, but the reality is just like any company you'll get a manager that about himself and looking good, or a co-worker. These are everywhere but they could listen a bit better when told about these managers or supervisors. Its contract work, hard to know what to expect when you have a family that moves with you but like i said above the CEO will make sure your taken care of and that extends to your family.

      Pros

      LotusWorks has a great and collaborative culture. The people are great to work with and always willing to help if needed. Personnel are self motivated and professional. The Management cares about their employees and works hard to provide their employees everything needed to be successful on the job. Management is also very good at securing new contracts to keep the employees working.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that this is contract work which requires a level of flexibility in the employee but if you know that going in, this is not an issue.

      Pros

      So far, Lotus has been an excellent company to work for. The leadership has always come through during times of need, whether business or personal related. The supervision team does not "hover" over you. They allow you the space to do our work and to be a professional. The benefits have been a blessing to my family and I. I was amazed to see medical kick in immediately, and it's not some cheap plan either. It is good coverage. That was truly a blessing in my families time of need.

      Cons

      The only con I have come across so far is the payday frequency of monthly vs biweekly etc.
