Great Salary and very flexible for family life. Management really care about the employees and are invested in helping us through further education and training. All the lotus staff are true professionals.

Great work life balance with senior management who have worked on the ground.Excellent educational grants to help staff move on to the next level .

Cons

Like every company we have our pluses and minuses but when reasonable items are brought to senior management they help take care of them.
