      Pros

      LotusWorks is different (in a good way). I have been with the company 2 years and have found the organization to be a very progressive, employee satisfaction driven company. The management team makes a real effort to change according to the requirements of their employees. I have found management to be both approachable and flexible. The CEO and management team have realized that people are their product and try to provide us with all the tools we need to excel at our jobs. Employee recognition is very much part of the Lotus ethos. Career development is most definitely a possibility within the organization. If one works hard and delivers consistently, Lotus will also deliver consistently.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and it's brilliant to be able to work together without any agendas. Excellent can do attitude

      Cons

      The company is continually expanding which I think is taking some people longer to adjust to than others.

      Pros

      I am fairly new to the LotusWorks team but I have only good things to say about the company. From the initial company induction right through, they were so friendly, welcoming and helpful whilst still being very professional. I instantly felt valued and got a real sense of the positive people focused culture of the company - They really do put their employees first. There is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the company and working together to get work done to the highest standard possible... The growth opportunities as well have been hugely exciting for me I know its a company I can move up the ranks with and gain multi-faceted experience in numerous industry sectors .. I would highly recommend working for LotusWorks

      I genuinely haven't found any downsides with working with LotusWorks its been a real pleasure thus far.
