      Pros

      I am a full time employee of LotusWorks for many years and I have always been proud to say I work for LotusWorks. Great friendly , open door atmosphere between management and departments. The people are what makes LotusWorks stand out from competitors staff want to be apart of LotusWorks and its success. The top management are very approachable and supportive and want to see employees succeed. When you work for LotusWorks there are always career opportunities and new opportunities are constantly be communicated throughout the organisation.

      Pros

      LotusWorks has achieved 'Great Place to Work' status - and rightly so. It has a relaxed, open, friendly environment while also being professional. The balance is just right. There is a great team spirit. I have found Lotusworkers to be very hardworking and we get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. There are excellent internal opportunities, training and education and social outings to speak of. LotusWorks has helped me grow both personally and professionally and I look forward to the future challenges and development. I am very grateful to LotusWorks.

      Pros

      Lotus cares about their employees first. Management are approchable and nothing is too much to ask. A very friendly place to work

      Very few people love their jobs but never once have I complained to myself about having to go to work in Lotus
