Cons

No leadership. No communication. Leadership pay no attention to the employees. Culture of "not my job".

Culture is great! It’s very supportive. I’ve gained friendships through working here side by side my co-workers just as passionate as I am about ABA and our kiddos. Social Skills Group and Destination Exploration (community based) have always been my favorite environment for sessions. I love bouncing off creative ideas with my co-workers and supervisors and vice versa.

Cons

Driving is tough. During my interview and my orientation, they did let me know nonetheless traffic in OC is crazy. Cancellations too. Kiddos get sick then I get sick. That’s what happens when working with children.

Love 2 Learn allows parents to be parents and students to be students while providing quality treatment to the individuals and families they work with.

Cons

Driving is a requirement for this industry but Love 2 Learn focuses on keeping their employees regionalized to minimize the amount of driving in hopes to have each client within a few miles of each other.
