Pros

Family feel environment that focuses on abundance and big thinking. They are always looking at how they can create more work life balance for employees at all levels. They take the time to listen to employee concerns even if there isn’t an immediate solution. The CEO is a visionary and has a heart to serve a greater purpose of impacting as many lives as she can.

Cons

With every company perfection is unrealistic and growing pains are normal. As the company is in a season of growth decisions can at times be made with haste and then retracted. I am seeing that more time is being invested in the decision making process so that the abundance can cascade down at all levels and that consistency is becoming more of a norm.

Cons

Every company/agency will have room for improvement. The different with Love 2 Learn is that they listen to all concerns presented to them from both employees and families and look at these as opportunities to grow, improve and provide better services.
